— Well in my opinion i believe you can stay calm during emergency situations by like not panicing or whatever. Also by like keeping focus that nothing is going to happen and just pray and have faith in the Good Lord that nothing is going to happen. Staying calm will make things much easier and better and it will prevent harm towards yourself or others. Ugh that question i cant answer , SORRY :(
